Q. Are my personal and credit card details safe when ordering online?

A. Yes. We use Sagepay, a trusted and secure system for online ordering.


Q. Is there a minimum order value?

A. Although we do not specify a minimum order, there is a carriage charge of £10.00 payable for any order under £75 (exclusive of VAT). Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £75 (exclusive of VAT).
 

Q. Can I buy cheaper elsewhere on the Internet?

A. Possibly, as we only supply quality materials from UK Manufacturers that we would be happy to install in our own houses. There are many low cost, imported systems available from online merchants, particularly underground drainage products. We genuinely believe that the quality of the products that we supply in combination with our product guarantee represents the best value for your money.
 

Q. When should I expect to receive my delivery?

A. All orders for stock items received before noon Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. PM or weekend orders will generally be dispatched the following working day and you should receive them within three working days. As your order will be delivered by a carrier we are unable to specify a time of delivery. Please note that orders for all metal guttering goods are dispatched for delivery within 48-72 hrs.
 

Q. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

A. Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter delivery details on the address page of the checkout.
 

Q. How will my order be delivered?

A. Your order will be delivered either on our own transport or by a national carrier. In some remote locations the carrier may use a more local contractor.
 

Q. Will I need to sign for my delivery?

A. All deliveries should be signed for - if a signature cannot be obtained we will endeavour to leave the goods in a safe location but we cannot accept any claims for shortages or damages where no signature has been obtained. 
 

Q. What if I have ordered the incorrect fittings?

A. If you have made an error with your order, just arrange to return the goods for a full refund of the cost of goods returned provided they arrive back to us in their original condition. Please note that for all types of metal gutter systems we do need to charge a 25% re-stocking charge. For non-stock items that have been ordered specially for you we may need to raise a re-stocking charge. Please note that you will be responsible for the carriage cost incurred in returning any unwanted goods to our warehouse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 

Q. Do you offer a discount for larger orders?

A. Yes. Orders between £250 and £500 (ex. VAT) qualify for an additional 2.5%, increasing to 5% between £500 and £1000 and 7.5% for orders over £1000. Any orders over £2000 (ex VAT) qualify for a discount of 10%.
 

Q. Are your products covered by a guarantee?

A. Yes. All of our products are manufactured to exacting standards, and most are either BBA accredited or made to the relevant British or European Standard. We will be happy to provide details of the manufacturers of the guarantee on any specific product or range on application.
