Returns and Refunds

We hope that you won’t need to return any goods, but should you should need to send anything back to us we aim to make things as simple as possible.

 

You can return any items within 28 days of your purchase for a full refund (excluding any carriage charges). All returned items must be unused and in saleable condition. You should include a copy of your original purchase invoice and a completed returns form, which can be downloaded by
clicking here. As soon as the items have been checked back into our warehouse we will arrange for the credit/debit card that you used for your original purchase to be refunded. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.

 

Should you wish to exchange returned items for alternative products, please call us on
01206 867500. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional carriage charges.

 

Returns of any metal guttering products (cast iron, aluminum and steel) will incur a 25% re-stocking charge.

 

Any items that have been ordered specially are excluded from this guarantee, as are any goods that are delivered ex-works such as sewage treatment plants or rainwater harvesting systems.
