Delivery Information
Free Next Day Delivery on all orders over £50 (ex.VAT)
All orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered the following working day to UK mainland destinations (subject to stock availability). Orders under £50 will incur a carriage charge of £10.00.
Weekend Orders
All orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday for delivery on a Tuesday.
Delivery Delays
On the rare occasions where we are unable to deliver your goods next day we will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
Delivery method
Deliveries within our delivery area will be made on our own specially designed delivery vehicles. All other deliveries will be made by reputable carriers such as NightFreight or TNT. All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise agreed; we cannot accept any claims for shortages or damages where no signature has been obtained.
Caring for your products
We send all products wrapped in protective packaging to avoid damage. We would always advise that any type of PVC or ABS building product is stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight to avoid damage due to heat build up within the packaging. Any extrusions (lengths of product) should be stored horizontally and supported along the whole length of the product.
Checking your purchase
Please note that when you receive your goods you must check them for damage before you sign for them. The reason for this is that once your goods have been signed for as being received in good condition, claims for damages are not covered by the carrier's insurance company. Please note also that signing "unchecked" will not cover you. Please do not arrange any labour until your materials are on site as we are unable to compensate you for your builder's time in the event of a late delivery.
Delivery Area
Our standard delivery area covers most of mainland England, Scotland and Wales. In some parts of Scotland and Wales and all Islands around the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), we may have to make a small delivery charge. We will advise you of this charge before your order is dispatched. For deliveries to these and all other areas we will happily provide a specific quotation.
