This 15th century property has had most of it’s features remain unchanged throughout time, aside from a few necessities such as CCTV cameras! This building remained as a cottage until the 1700’s where it was converted into an inn, but it has recently been restored back to it’s original cottage purpose.
A property with a legacy as long as this should have a guttering system to fit. The builders were originally going to install traditional cast iron guttering along the roofline of the cottage but decided to opt for FloPlast’s cast iron effect guttering, which offers the authentic Victorian look of cast iron guttering but the benefits of PVC such as it being lightweight and easy to install.
