Our Bullnose fascia is manufactured by Freefom, it is 18mm thick and it comes in a range of widths from 150mm to 250mm.
This end cap is 313mm long overall, with a 300mm useable length (one curved edge).
Bullnose fascia boards can be fixed directly to the rafter ends without the need for a backing board, it should be fixed using 2 x 65mm polytop nails at each rafter (maximum spacing 600mm).
The rear of the board is rebated at the bottom edge to accept a soffit board.
