What Is A Fascia Board?

A fascia board is the board mounted at the point where the roof meets the outside wall of the building, known as the roofline. The fascia board is the long, straight board that runs along the lower edge of the roof and is fixed directly to the lower ends of the roof trusses. The fascia usually supports the lower edge of the roof tiles and also holds the guttering along the edge of the building.

We provide UPVC fascia boards that are virtually a maintenance free solution, as their outer skins are resistant to climatic extremes and will not allow moisture to penetrate the core of the board. Our UPVC Fascia Boards can be shaped, nailed, drilled and cut, and unlike timber fascia boards, they hold a Class 1 fire rating.
