The Summerhill Barn was converted in late 2016 into a detached large residential property. The building still retains much of its original structure including its large roofs and also features a block of stables behind it.
The owner of this property opted to go with our regular half-round cast iron effect guttering and due to the large size of the property, they used a lot of it. This was the perfect choice as it gave the converted barn a bit of Victorian style to it whilst providing the builders with the simple installation process of a PVC gutter as opposed to a real cast iron application.
