At Professional Building Supplies, we believe that great partnerships should be rewarded. That's why we're thrilled to introduce our Refer a Mate scheme, designed to make your building supplies shopping experience even better!

Here's how it works:

Refer Your Mates: Pick up some cards from the trade counter in a branch near you, fill out your details where required, and hand them out to your mates. Get your mates to bring the card back in with their details added where required – we’ll do the rest. If you can’t make it into the branch to pick up the cards, send in your mate and make sure they tell us that you’ve referred them!

Start Stocking Up: Once your mate's account is set up, they can start ordering straight away! As an immediate 'thank you', you'll also receive a FREE 8m Tape Measure as soon as your mate's account has been opened! We'll contact you to let you know when it's ready for you to collect.

Reach the Spend Threshold & Get Rewarded: When your mate's account accumulates a spend of £250 ex VAT in branch transactions, both of you will automatically receive £25 credit added to your accounts, ready to be used for future purchases!

Terms & Conditions:

Offer effective as of 30th October 2023.
Referee must open an account and must be present when the account is opened. This promotion is applicable to both cash and credit accounts.
Referee must be a new customer. New accounts opened under the same name of existing customers will not be accepted as part of the Refer a Mate scheme.
Referrer must confirm that they have the permission of the referee to submit their details for referral.
Referrer will receive a free 8 Metre Tape Measure upon the referee's new account being opened. This can be collected the next time the referrer visits the branch. One tape measure per referee will be awarded to the referrer once the referee's account has been opened.
£25 credit will be added to both referrer and referee accounts upon the referee accumulating £250 ex VAT spend threshold.
£250 ex VAT spend threshold must be reached within 3 months of new account being opened.
This offer is not available for online transactions – branch transactions only (phone and in-person).
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. We reserve the right to remove or amend this promotion at any time.
Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon using the Refer a Mate scheme.
The scheme is limited to referrals of personal contacts ("Mate"). You must not refer any person under this scheme where referring the individual breaches any duty you may owe to any other organisation or person. To do so may amount to a criminal offence.
The PBSL Group reserves the right to refuse to apply the bill credit to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions or anyone exploiting, in any way, the Refer a Mate scheme. The PBSL Group’s decision is final.
This promotion is governed by English Law and customers submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The contact details provided by both the referrer and referee during the account opening process will be used to contact either party if necessary, and will not be shared with other companies. Professional Building Supplies will only use your personal information in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (including any amended, equivalent or subsequent legislation).
