Copper Gutter

Our Copper gutter ranges are manufactured by Coppa Gutta, the UK’s leading producer of Copper & Zinc rainwater systems. We stock these systems in various styles including half round, ogee and box section, all three of which can be purchased in two sizes. To top it all off we provide a specialist selection of decorative and ancillary products to complement your installation.

EASY INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE

Copper gutters are easy to install with no specialist tools required. Lengths of gutter can be quickly joined together seamlessly using silicone sealant. These systems do not require any cleaning or decoration and will live out their full lifecycle apart from the rare occasion of debris needing to be removed from the gutter for it to remain at its optimal level of efficiency. Please note, joints are required in order to join the lengths of gutter, corners and running outlets.

COST EFFECTIVE GUARANTEE

These systems both have a life expectancy of at least 100 years and are very competitive over the lifecycle of a property.

UNIQUE AESTHETIC

Our copper gutter system offers a trait that is unique in comparison to almost all of the other rainwater systems on our website, its appearance changes significantly over time if left to age naturally. Within a few weeks, the system will start to mellow and change through various shades of brown and bronze. As the years go by, eventually your copper gutter will have formed into a green/blue colour.

This colour change is a result of the copper material trying to protect itself from the elements. The system's new coat will increase its durability and resistance to corrosion and weathering. This same colour and effect can be seen on iconic landmarks such as The Statue of Liberty in New York.

ECO FRIENDLY

Your carbon footprint is lowered when you purchase a copper guttering system. Copper is 100% recyclable and is a very adaptable guttering and roofing material.

A unique trait of copper is that the material’s properties itself slightly disinfects water that runs through it and it also acts as a mild algaecide, removing the opportunity for most moss and lichen to grow.
